Letting Go
Letting go of our suffering is the hardest work we will ever do. It is also the most fruitful. To heal means to meet ourselves in a new way — in the newness of each moment where all is possible and nothing is limited to the old.
– Stephen Levine
We all come to certain point in our life when we are hurt in one way or another, there are even times when we thought that we’re over it. But sometimes during our lowest point, you could feel the pain of the wound and there are flashbacks of the past. A never ending cycle of hurt, regret and pain. Wallowing ourselves into the pits of self destruction. One must be able to truly let go of the past, the hurt and forgive oneself of the turmoil of the past to be able to face the future and start anew. Without bitterness, you can look back and just see the traces of it and only lessons learned.
