is one of the staples in every Filipino occasions like Fiestas, birthday, christening, graduation parties, etc…is best eaten together with the pork liver sauce. And of course, the crispy and crunchy skin is the first to get eaten up!
But hey, just eat in moderation as this is one source of health conditions for many as it contains high level of cholesterol, it’s just ok to indulge once in awhile, but for the folks out there, watch out or you might need to pop on those high blood pressure pills.
