On Buying a New Phone

I have previously mention that I wanted to upgrade my phone. But then again, I am weighing things out if I really have to because we are on a tight budget now. I have to settle things out the kids education expenses first and we need to tighten a little more as DH will be going on a one month vacation outside the country. I just have to wait and ask my sister to reserve for me her iphone 3g in which in return will be upgrading to the latest iphone 4. or the least I could do is to just get the itouch and be content with my wifi phone now as it fits my budget more likely
