We were able to “skype” with DH a few hours ago, He showed us through video call the goodies that he bought for us during their visit to different destination places in the Land Down Under. He bought a lot of toys for the kids, t-shirts and make up for me and of course , we were delighted to know that we’ll be receiving mrs. Fields cookies! Kids were ecstatic to hear it because it is our all time favorite snack. It has been long since we have one hence the excitement  We all can’t wait to munch on these:D

Red overload from our previous dine in at KFC restaurant. It’s been so long since I wanted to try out their new (new to me! lol) ice cold Krusher (Strawberry flavored) and Twister for me. Double Down for DH and chocolate mousse cake for desserts.

… that we took a few weeks ago, when we went to the mall and it’s our first time to try out eating at Jonas. Though we frequently pass by that restaurant whenever we go there, it just recently that we did go and try it out since kids usually want to eat out on Jollibee or Pizza restos.  I love their asado siopao and the sweet and sour pork is enough for two servings. Their one serving of  fried rice is more that enough that we don’t have to ask for another one. I will be needing weight loss pills that work for sure as I did stop again dong the diet thing. lol! Can I just start dieting again early next year? since I can’t promise to get off with the yummy foods this holidays for sure.

We received a small parcel a couple days ago from my   SIL who were in Atlanta at that time for a seminar, she bought as some goodies which includes a bag of kisses (she told us that they can’t find kisses in Australia and they don’t know why) that are so sweet! Kids immediately much on them and I on the other hand grabbed some and bring it in the office. Now I really need to find out how to lose weight fast so that I can finally shed off some excess pounds that I gained  from eating such sweets. I just can’t really stay away from chocolates, add coffee and iced tea to that as well. Ahaha! Dieting for me is really a pain, hope that Ican really find an easy way to do it.

is one of the staples in every Filipino occasions like Fiestas, birthday, christening, graduation parties, etc…is best eaten together with the pork liver sauce. And of course, the crispy and crunchy skin is the first to get eaten up! But hey, just eat in moderation as this is one source of health conditions for many as it contains high level of cholesterol, it’s just ok to indulge once in awhile, but for the folks out there, watch out or you might need to pop on those high blood pressure pills.

It is not just practical to just rely every time on deliveries as it is quite costly on the budget. I will be convincing DH again to teach me how to cook and I know he’ll be glad to do so. My mom, whose a good cook too have been lecturing me about it then when I was still single, she told me that it’s a must for every woman to know how to cook and do other household chores, Oh well, I am good at every other household chores except for cooking. I guess one really got the passion for it. We need to expose the kiddos too at their proper age, a good Family Cooking activity definitely sounds good and since summer is here, might as well do something productive activity like this and keep the whole family together in doing cooking activity. will ask the husband to prepare easy recipes and will start on easy to bake cookies and pastries that will surely be a big hit to the kids especially they love sweets, I on the other hand wanted to bake a cake. Let’s see what will happen by then. Hope it works!
