With the advanced technology that we get to enjoy these days goes the increase in cyber and e-crimes that we heard and read from the news too. So we have to be wary about different modus operandi that these criminals are doing. Do you feel that your credit cards are safe in your wallets? think again, electronic pickpocketing is their new thing where they can steal information from your cards without physically touching it. Pretty scary isn’t it?! The best thing to do is get a secure sleeve for your cards that have RFID shield blocking those information device stealers.

I have previously mention that I wanted to upgrade my phone. But then again, I am weighing things out if I really have to because we are on a tight budget now. I  have to settle things out the kids education expenses first and we need to tighten a little more as DH will be going on a one month vacation outside the country. I just have to wait and ask my sister to reserve for me her iphone 3g in which in return will be upgrading  to the latest iphone 4. or the least I could do is to just get the itouch and be content with my wifi phone now as it fits my budget more likely

It has been a rainy Sunday. We did not go out to celebrate the Mother’s day. We just spent the whole day at home, kids play around while I did take my “me” time the whole afternoon. Laze around in bed with hubby while watching the Pacquiao-Mosley fight. I actually did not finish watching it as I fell asleep.lol! I was in deep slumber when it rained hard according to hubby, flood came in so fast. Woke up at around 5 pm and ate Pan De Manila bread and cream cheese with garlic and parsley while I sip on my black coffee.   I received a call from my brother asking me where he could buy a garmin geocaching, I was actually clueless at first about it but learned online that it is a device use for outdoor adventures of geocaching. Big bro is up to another level of game adventure. I wonder what he’s up into for  the next summer activity.

One of the few things that I bought for the kids and I last Christmas is an HP D2660 Deskjet Printer. I was able to buy it at a very affordable cost, around $39 only while other stores offer it ranging from $45- $50. Now doing the kids school assignments and project is easy. We don’t have to spend few hours browsing tons of magazines to cut out some pictures, All I have to do is type the keyword  on the net and save the image in MS Word and then print and it’s done!

I was also able to print out some necessary important documents that are essential for filing purposes. Next project would be printing out some recipes for DH and compile in an album. Now that the introductory ink is running out, I need to buy a new laser ink cartridges for it. Will have to double check the compatible cartridge for the printer model.

What’s up with the iPhone craze? I don’t know as I can’t relate. Ahaha! As much as I wanted and wished to have one, my budget does not and wouldn’t permit. lol! I just have to be contented for awhile with my wifi mobile phone  where it really serves its purpose well and suits my needs.

Late last year, many have been in frantic about the release of apple iphone 4 locally as some have made early reservations only to be dismayed in the end that they couldn’t hold of it for such a period of time due to limited units being issued. Who wouldn’t be dismayed when everyone’s excited with the new features that it offers: 4x the pixel count from the previous ones,multitasking features, new mail app. Let’s see if Can get the new version of it in the next versions of it.
