My Online and Offline World

The past week was a busy one for me. Juggling my time between office tasks, household chores and online activities was really quite a handful. But I am glad that I was able to deliver on most of the deadlines.  Today is the start of another work week and I am pretty sure that this will be as busy as the previous one but I have no complains, I am able to take a rest over the weekend and ready to face some new challenges ahead. For the start, I will be looking around and ask quotations from the suppliers for some coolant pump to be used for our industrial sister company. Later tonight, it’s a review session with the kids for their scheduled examination this week.

I got tons of things to blog but I couldn’t find the right time to sit and share it here in full details. I hope that I could do it all this weekend. For now let me share with a quick update.

• Last Sunday, we paid a visit to my parents and had a great time bonding with my family.
• Come Monday, it is the start of the final examination of the little boy, went to SM Megamall later that night for a quick shopping of the little boy’s attire for their moving up day on the 21st. It is our first time to try out Wham Burgers too, love their double wham w/ cheese! Was able to buy a blouse for myself though I initially plan to buy two but the lights were out at around 9 p.m. Yup, stores were closing already when we are just starting to go around and do shopping.lol!
• Tuesday was a crazy day for me but I was able to accomplish a lot. Went to PhilHealth in the morning to get MDR (Member’s Data Record) of the boss and a co-employee and  I was able to pass by my servicing bank and got my bank statement needed for visa application of DH, went to  UB ask for card replacement and reactivation of my eon card too. Did a lot of bank hopping that day. Got my certificate of employment and certified true copy of pay slips too.

it’s only the middle of the week but I must say a productive one for me. Will share some side stories with photos soon.

We logged out from the office two hours ahead of our usual work schedule and I was pretty excited as I thought of getting an early preparation  for the supposed to be educational field trip of my DD today. I passed by the salon to get my hair fix- haircut and hot oil that is! I was happy with the result as it has been a long overdue plan of mine, been contemplating for months if I’ll go for a rebond again or just cut it short. Now l am glad I did go for the haircut. As I reached home and waited for my DD, they were advised that the field trip was rescheduled sometime after the sembreak. Oh well, it’s fine as our safety comes first among other things as it has been reported that a storm is about to enter our country this weekend. Now I have enough time do and finish some pending tasks online and household chores too. I was able to talk to my sister over the phone as she was asking me if I knew some best weight loss product because she was very determined this time to lose excess pounds. I guess it really runs in the family to have some weight issues. lol!

Everyone’s looking forward to this date and I bet there are lots of wedding schedule for today. I really wonder what’s the fuzz about this date. Aside from the fact that it happens only once in every one hundred years. lol! I guess there’s really nothing extra ordinary with it. But I do hope it would be a one fine day for us all. As for me here’ what I need to do in this special day:

*laundry

*iron out clothes

*tinker on my PC casing and dust out the inside parts and plug out the video card and have it checked to a technician friend, will have to really to the onboard video for the meantime. Or might as well upgrade it when the budget arise.

* catch op on some sleep again in the afternoon

* study time with the kiddos

* Need to buy a cough medicine for DS.

We’ll see what other things are in store for today and I’ll give an update.

In lieu of the Independence day tomorrow, the celebration will be transferred on Monday makes it a long weekend for us workers and students too. Timely indeed as we could make the necessary preparations and rush in some other errands for the back to school hype next week. As for my kids, there are still more to do’s and buy’s to  make:

• buy Gabby’s school books hopefully later this afternoon or early tomorrow
• Buy Nicco’s school shoes
• Buy their school bags, school supplies
• covering their notebooks and books with plastic cover and labeling it.
• buy some socks, handkerchief, grooming kits.

will update this later for some more..,will be off to the office in a few minutes.
